    No, it isn't. On the renew page, probably elsewhere too, you're displaying AdSense in a separate frame to a different web page - that's not allowed. Your site also lacks quality content.

    It is recommended to do not put ads on frames, but it is allowed.

    when you put the ads in frames it doesn't allow the spider to correctly read and target your ads
