are you serious man, I've done this for 1 year now, I've pocketed over $40000 from these, I know EXACTLY what is fine and what is not, all videos are hosted on the big sites youtube, youku, etc.

Imagine a piece of paper, this is our website, if we cut a square out of it and place it on the ground what we see in replace of the paper is carpet, now we can see the carpet as part of the paper, it doesnt mean the carpet is part of the paper, its mearly iframing, like this.

Are you serious Mjewel? Are you that smart and amazing in law that you could say I'd be sewed for linking to another website? haha grow up chump!

Morons shouldn't post in the legal section - and that includes small timers like you.

Now go read up on contributory infringement. Then read up on how CNN and The Washington Post sued for their content being shown in an iframe.

    Next, Read youtube's TOS:

General Copyright Inquiries: Permission to use videos?

The rights to any screen shots or footage of third party content on our site are not ours to grant. You would need to follow up with the individual content owners regarding the rights to this footage. You may want to try emailing the user through your YouTube account.

If the content was illegally posted, the person who posted cannot give permission to display content they don't own. Youtube has a billion dollar lawsuit against them for displaying unauthorized content - and they didn't upload it.

Then you should also read the adsense TOS about running adsense on pages that display copyrighted content and stop selling scam sites to people and risking their adsense account.
