    No, its not indexed.

    To see if it has been crawled you would need to check your server logs.

    If you want to be indexed you need to get some other sites to link to yours.

    You can also create a Google sitemap and monitor your the bots activity. This account will show when does the bots visit your account.

    Search for "google sitemaps" and sign up. It helps and informs you about the status of your site's indexing.
    Submitting to some directories helps too.
