Is my website got ranking or also it indexed?

    Hello,

    I have added google search console to my website very late because I have not much knowledge of that. so, after added i can submit my website to GSC.
    my question is that , Is my website is indexed or also it ranked or not?

    It's definitely cached and indexed, you just need to monitor it and tweak as required.
