Is My Skype ID hacked??

    I added some one to my skype id who was offering freelancing job, after adding him he started chatting with me in offline mode. He just messaged me twice and suddenly one pop appears that your skype password has been changed, please login with new password to continue chatting. But I am not able to login and neither I am able to recover that password. Every time they send me tokens for recovering the password it says that some error has occurred and please try again later.

    Am I hacked my that guy :(? Can I get my account back? Please help guys.

    I think that prompt must be a phishing thing and you might have transferred the password to him with your own hands.... Just changing the password so easily doesnt seems to be possible...

    But I was logged out from messenger automatically and then I tried to login in account but no luck :(

    I think its up to skype. I had the same problem.

    Check it here how I solved.

    Skype was very slow on recovering my password. They have worst tech support I ever seen, but however
    it might be that they to much clients requesting the support.
