Hello, your site have many duplicate content, you need to close dynamic pages to indexing .

Well, you said you are taking content from ezine articles?
If this is true, you'll be getting penalized for that.
Your meta data isn't very strong at all.
Your site looks very nice. Minus the adsense.
You spam your keywords a lot in the content. Especially on the About Us page. 6-7 times within the first paragraph.
Work on the removing the spammy keywords, create unique content and work on your meta data.
    Then go from there.

You could format your site, but first try to rewrite the articles by you and not copy pasting. If you like an article, rewrite it but from your stand point.

Never buy into products that write content for you. Best way to get content if you really need it is contract a writer or outsource it.

Learn from your mistakes or you'll never learn and improve.
