I'm confused with this question. I want to buy some traffic from adwords.
I heard that if the site is arbitrage than google will ban both the account. (adwords & adsense).
Please help me to find that my blog is arbitrage or not ? www.yogamatpilate.com

No it's not arbitrage because people doing arbitrage had a good ad placement which isn't your case, so you CTR is very poor and so you wouldn't earn money doing arbitrage. You CAN advertize a site that has adsense on it using adwords, arbitrage is something else, where sites with adsense are optimized to get the best earnings per visitor, with high CTR and good CPC topics. Your site is not like that.

Yes you can use it, for sure you will not earn more with adsense than what you'll be spending in adwords :)
And by the way I don't see in your site how you'll earn money, I see only articles and free ebooks.
Perhaps affiliate products in the ebooks? I don't know, but anyway I think it's fine and you can ask adsense/adwords too if they reply.

Not arbitrage. Arbitrage is really just trying to buy a click for a keyword from one source and selling it to another at a higher price with one click in between.

I'm running ads for a site with AdSense on it now, but the point is to get loyal repeat visitors, not get a click on the first shot.

If a site is in fact arbitrage won't it just not be accepted by AdWords in the first place? Or do they autoapprove?
