It is pretty easy to navigate. I would make the "Upload Your Music" link a bit more prominent. Also, when I click on the link it takes me to a completely different design. You should fix that (maybe you already are). The link above the search field aren't easy to see. I think you should probably switch that set of links with the forum links under the header (Profile, Forum Search, Register etc...). Another way to fix that would be to add another colour to the design, maybe some green or blue, to even it out and downplay the importance of the orange. You should also put a little bit of padding between the text and the image in the "The Spotlight" section.
