Is my site commercial?

    My website doesnt sell any products, its a free content site or orkut scraps images, but i use adsense in my site,.. so only for that reason.. is my site a commercial one?

    You have to be selling a product for your website to be classified as a commercial website.

    i am not sure, but site that get revenue like from adsense, so it have commercial value

    Yes, it is a commercial venture.

    The posters above me do not have a clue what the term means in a legal sense.

    In addition to being commercial, if you don't have permission to use the images displayed, it is copyright infringement and a violation of the adsense tos - which subjects your account to being terminated and earnings not paid. I highly doubt Disney is allowing you to use or place your copyright notice on their images.
