    do these simple steps to unban

    #Check your website twice or thrice and make it sure that it meets to Google’s Webmaster Guidelines.
    #Remember, a human reviewer from Google.Com will inspect your website personally. If they will find something objectionable they will not only reject your application but also your chances of getting back into Google will be reduced.
    #Once you have verified and checked your website .. if it agree to Google Webmasters Guidelines, Just Sign Up for Google Webmasters Tool and verify your website.
    #Once your website gets verified submit a reconsideration request. (This can be found under Tools, click Request reconsideration and follow the simple steps).
    #Then wait.

    Try it again , its not banned, its hosting problem or in a sandbox. check it and than try to submit google webmaster tools u will deffinatly get indexed, and linking with 4 and 5 pr. so u will get indexed

    its basically not sure but its possible but if you give me the URL i can check and inform you, and by the way there are many tools available for checking this. like you can check in google sandbox checking site, and if you search in google about tools you can get many more so its possible, give me url i check it and tell u

    hi

    a simple way to know your website is banned or not
    just search in google "site:your-domain-name" without quotes, if you don't find any result then 99% your website is Banned from google result. if your website is not new.

    Hope this will work for you
    example: site:google.com
