    Great to know that my site is not banned. But how do I go about telling Google to show indexed pages when using www? Is there any way to do that?

    just use everywhere links with WWW. and your webserver should support both - with www and without. but you should promote one of them only.

    to improve website indexation for new website - buy some good links or blog posts.
