    I don't see any search terms returning on page one, it might be "filtered" off the front page much like John Chow can't rank for his onw name. He's not "banned" either but Google filters his own content OFF page one. It's the same as a ban, nobody goes to page two.

    If a page has only a video it's duplicate content, 400 words of description about the video might help... if you take the time to write non spammy content.
