About a month ago i set up a website.until last week it showed up on the second and third page for my key words. Now i cant seem to find it and when i google the url then the results it shows for my page says :www.url.com/extension (just a example url) Cached - Similar pages it doesnt just show just the url anymore.I did not use black hat or grey hat tactics as i am new to the whole webmaster scene and i did not want to jeopordise anything.the tactics i used was articles submissions and video sharing sites.I did however put 2 PLR articles on my website that was issued for free.

Please tell me if i might be banned

It was most likely just sandboxed. Take a look if it's still in google's cache. If it's there, it's not banned.

See to it that sitemap does not contain any errors.
    Define your sitemap correctly ......

When Google first finds you, you will rank for some keywords initially, not very well mind you, then it goes away. This is normal and nothing to worry about. Keep doing your thing and it will come back some day better than ever although this will take some time as in some time in 2009 probably. Building up your web site's rep is a long term activity made even more long term by the fact that search engines treat the number of YEARS your site has been up as an important factor so if your site is new you have to be extra patient ;)
