Is my site against adsense Terms of Use?

    hey, recently i open a mp3 site but my question is this against adsense Terms of Use? here is the link http://mp3earth.com even though its a search engine my server doesn't host the files ;) thank you

    Your site may not violate AdSense Terms of Use, but it is "instrumental" in downloading copyrighted materials.

    i run a similiar site: http://searchfilehosts.com/ and have opted not to place adsense on that - since it is kind of warez stuff

    Why jeopardize your adsense account when you know there could be slightest of chance that your account might get banned.Always play whitehat with adsense,you would regret If you lose it.
