Is my site a warez site, I need some hosts then

I am currently running on servage, I am not sure if my site is warez site, I am just linking to some good books and Photoshop stuff, do you think it comes under warez.

Can some one please recommend me some hosting for this kind of site before servage throws me out

I believe if you are just externally linking to these third parties that host the actual files or content then it would not be considered a "warez site". However, if you are hosting the actual content and files/software on your hosting account/server then yes, it is "warez" and you should have offshore for that.
