Is my shopping cart broken?!

I've had complaints from two customers today that they would try to add products to their cart, but it mysteriously remained empty. I'm wondering if it has to do with a browser issue? It works for me and I'm using Safari.

Can you guys go to http://www.lalalingerie.com and see if you can add something to the shopping cart?

It works but it looks really F'd in Firefox.
You have to scroll to view the cart's items and the registration form.

Oh yeah, I've been meaning to ask you guys about that too. What's up with the HUGE pink blob?! Any idea on where the hell that thing is coming from (it's on every product page when viewed in Firefox)?

Hmmm. Weird. Anybody around here use Netscape? Maybe that browser is the culprit. That or maybe it was just a fluke?

Does your cart use cookies, maybe they are at work/firewall settings or have generally aggressive security settings that are blocking cookies and therefore ability for them to add products to the cart.

I am using IE 7 beta and the panties look em fine.. but please ensure they are delivered in a brown unmarked envelope ;)

I get the big pink square too (latest FF). And it seems to use some redirect:

That shows for 2 seconds and then the actual contents. It did go in but you'll defo want to loose that unsightly sea of pink that puts the cart below the fold.

Maybe those people have strict browsers that didn't allow that (javascript?) redirect?

Had a look in the source but can't find why that cart doesn't show on top of the pink. It's weird how your right hand column shows first in the code and the body later. Me thinks it can do with a clean-up (get-a-freelancer is great!).

Well, I FINALLY figured it out. It happens when cookies are disabled in a customers browser. I hate it when non-tech people play with their settings...:p
