Is my SEO good or am I way off?

I have done a lot of reading on this site and watched videos, and wanted to ask your opinion on my sites SEO/meta tag info if I am on the right track or way off?

you have put up keywords but they are very much similar. include more keywords.do more keyword analysis. page rank for your site is good but alexa trraffic rank is very low. after visiting your website i can see that you are not yet expert in SEO. many things are missed out. you should hire an expert in SEO which will result better..!!

You can take some onpage optimization services as I think, on that way you can find every single density of your keyword, meta tag, H1 etc......

Also there are so many free onpage optimization software, you can find them by searching at search engine.
