Is my proxy look like adsense farm?

Just want to know are you think my site contain too many ads or is look fine for you.. Any comment appreciate..

Theres a lot, I'd get rid of one of them, probably the text links under the form.

thanks for all comment.. I think its normal a proxy site have a lot of advertisement.. Honestly i don't like too many ads..So i will try to blend as well as for max revenue..

 

the ads are ok. what i would change is the text input box for typing the URL. i would change the background color from white to a light shade of blue or grey or whatever, and put "http://" inside. then, add a little box with an arrow saying "type URL here!" which points to the text input box.

if you keep it the way it is, add some javascript to make the "Please Enter The URL You Want To Surf Here" text disappear onfocus, and replace with "http://"

 

also, you need a "tell your friends" button, or widget, and a slogan would be good too.

didnt like the logo at the top and the fixed theme , try making it liquid
and yes ads are fine

Its a default logo template.. Maybe i will change its latter..

Thanks.. I think many proxy site have a lot of ads.. But not all blend it well..

 

There are a lot of ads but it's done in a clean and nice sort of way that doesn't annoy people.
