Is my price too high?

I have a website about how to make money on YouTube. The link to the website can be found in my signature. On the website, I tell people how to make money on YouTube, and I also have a sales page where I sell an ebook for $37. Is that too expensive? The site has had about 200 visitors, but still no sales. Should I lower the price? If so, how much? All tips are appreciated.

Really depends, most ebooks really aren't that expensive unless there is some golden material in it that nobody knows about. Should probably float around $19.95 or $29.95. It could be much much hire than that, all depends on the golden content you have in it.

Thanks for the fast reply. I think I'll stay with that price for about a week. If I got no sales in a week, I'll lower the price to about $20.

$37 isn't really a good price to get potential buyers over the line. Make it 19.95 (or .99).

I think that's pretty normal, but at the same time, I'm providing unique content. Nobody has ever read a book about how to make money on youtube!

As you have reduced the price have you had any luck selling any of these books yet i think it was a wise move to reduce it but another thing you could try is changing it to say $24.99 this is a favourite technique that shops use and it is worth thinking about it may work but its just an idea.

I reduced the price of my ebook earlier today. I haven't seen any sales yet. I will have to analyze it all. I will report back to this thread! Good tactics, but I don't believe they work.

As you probably see, to be not-too-expensive is not enough nowadays. Most of the people are looking for really cheap prices.
Wait a few more days and then change it to $18,85 or something.

Also think about a promotion... Sell it to the first 2 buyers for $5-10 lower, and ASK them to review the product.

Yeah, that's what I will do. I'll change it to something like that in a few days, depending on how many people that buys my book.

Ya you can popularize by providing cheaper reviews and then can increase the price(if buyers come).
