    "Offshore Software Application Development Company In the UK" ... it's a small point but it is in your tagline . . .

    You might want to add 'Software Application Development' in your header, so the search engine spiders read it first and know what your site is all about. 'We help you expand your business' doesn't exactly tell them what's what and could be about anything.

    Looks Ok to me. However you can still have a more descriptive Meta Description to your site. Include your main keywords in your description.

    The keyword density is also good in the content. However you can have more H1 & H2 tags. Also have some internal linkin to your sites inner page.
