    Try to do this...

    1. Create a Google Webmasters Central Account
    - http://www.google.com/webmasters

    2. Submit\Add your site to your account.

    3. Verify the site is yours via meta or html file method.

    4. If it doesn't report that your URL is banned or what else that it just needs to be crawled.

    did you make site:yoursite.com and is it? if yes your site will not banned
