Is my hosting slow or is my site too big? And any hosting recommendations?

    Hello all,

Is there any way to check if my hosting is slow or if there is something on my site that's causing it to load slowly? My report on webmaster tools says that my site loads slower than 50% of other sites which is very concerning news. I need to find out if there is anything I can do to make it load faster, or if changing over to a different hosting is my only option. Any website diagnostics tools out there that would help me figure this one out?

    Also..

I am currently using Hostnine as my hosting and I must say that I am very unhappy with it. Day after day their servers get attacked and they have to restart them which basically means that our sites stay offline for the duration. Having said that, there is one thing that they offer which I am a huge fan of, and which is basically the reason I am still with them. If you open a reseller account with them, you have a choice of 5 different locations to put a new account that you create. This basically means that you can have accounts with different IPs... Do you know of any other more reliable hosting companies that offer anything similar to this? I am basically trying to find a "cheap" way to host my sites on different C-class IPs.

    Thanks in advance!

I think you need to start your search in the DP marketplace. That is the place where you will be able to find an offer and get in touch with potential host.
    Good luck

Since you looking for different IP block,I would suggest you buy separate hosting from separate hosting company.

Guys, thanks for all your replies, but other than mentos, all the rest of you didn't even read the thread... I am not looking for hosting - well, maybe I am, but even then, the hosting would need to allow me to make my accounts in different C class IPs.

I basically need to figure out if my hosting is slow or whether I need to work on my sites to make them load faster..

usually good idea is to put a small php script in your site, to check how much time its taking to open
