Most of automate domain appraisal website results are cannot be trusted. Because many of them are not realistic, which mean you cannot got them sold with the price suggest by these tools as the buyer will not interesting in your offer. I would recommend do it yourself and you would found the most reasonable price at last.
I won't put much weight into those automatic website valuation tools. They are highly inaccurate the majority of the time.
I have heard that you should take the amount of money you bring in from your website each month, and multiply it by a factor between 8 and 12, and that is how much you could sell it for on average. Obviously this varies, but it is a good start.
Totally agree with that. I remember when I was a newbie and used these websites to find out how much money I could get from my domain names, I was stunned by the results... If these domain appraisal sites were correct I'd be a millionnaire today!
95% of the people looking to buy a website will buy based off revenue... not an automated appraiser value. People expect to buy a site for 8x to 10x monthly revenue.
Just take last 6 months profit divide it by 6 so you can get the Avarage per month Profit and then multiply by 8 or 10 to get the price you most realisticly can sell it for
It really depends on the quality of your website, if you have good content , decent members and high traffic then you can judge how much you can charge for your domian name. Jacky
More than quality of irrealistic appraisal generators, price is determined by how much a potentital buyer is willing to pay you. A premium domain name with quality content might be truly hard to sell if there is no a potential client willing to pay for it, while there are junk domain names with dubious content or none that a potential buyer may want at any price.
The question is: Is all of the tools are efficients?? I mean look at these 2 tools, one for the traffic and website worth, and the other for the traffic only. Just the traffics doesnt match each other.. http://www.websiteoutlook.com/ http://www.statbrain.com/ So personally i dont think you can take this as reference..
No i dont know whats the accuracy %, is someone know if those kind of "traffic stats" and "worth stast" are really working??
That autorate systems aren´t 100% accurate. A buyer with a few of sense requests some counter screens to verify traffic before pay any $$$. Not trust on that prices.
Yes on the price i know, but have you any idea how about the traffic counts?? How those websites get our traffic counts??
