    Yes your website is violating adsense tos because you have used rapidshare links in your posts.Be carefull if someone complaint you may be banned.
    Change your website content and avoid download links.You can give information on different products.
    You can make an information based website/blog.
    Take a glance on thegtaplace.com
    This website is based on only one game series GTA and provide legal information on GTA game.This website has thousands of readers and a huge traffic and much more higher than a illegal download website.You can do like this.

    The easy way to check is to read the Adsense TOS. Don't believe what we tell you , just go to the source. Of course a skeptical person would say that you have only posted this thread in order to get people to clieck through to your site and generate free traffic.
