Technically anything that is being sold online, has an ISBN that you do not own etc. is illegal... however, as long as you do not upload these ebooks yourself, then I would suggest you run a disclaimer saying that you merely index ebooks found on the internet and if it violates anyone's copyright, you will remove it immediately. Therefore saving yourself from a lawsuit. I mean people can still be mean if they want to... but tons of sites just index content found.

Generally people aren't going to complain if your linking to their site, especially if they still make a sale on it.

In your situation, my worry wouldn't relate to lawsuits (especially if you follow the advice above with a suitably worded disclaimer).

But I'd be very worried that I don't own the blog, though, because it's hosted at Blogspot rather than on my own domain, and I'd therefore have no remedy at all if Blogger found out and just suddenly deleted it, which is exactly the sort of the thing they have a very widespread reputation for doing in instances like this.
