You started your blog this month. Applicants from India are supposed to have sites that have been active for at least 6 months.

    From Google:
    https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=9724
Does Google overlook that sometimes? Probably. But it's still the rule, and Google does reject a lot of applications because the sites aren't old enough.

If Google rejects your application because your site isn't eligible for Adsense, your best course of action is to actually make your site eligible. Taking shortcuts increases the odds that your account will eventually be disabled.

@Nonny, Hi, Is this a rule set by Google, I mean Indians need to have their blogs at least 6 months old? By the way how do we submit our blog in google search engine using our blogspot accounts?

There's no magical formula. Nobody can get you an adsense account.
There is also no reason to submit a blog to google. Or any website for
that matter. But the blogpsot, you would have been asked when you set
it up if you want it to appear. You should have answered yes.

@ Stephenc, Hi, Initially when I made the blog there was hardly any content, so I thought after I finish the basic content I will submit it to google and request for adsense, but after trying to submit it to google, it ask's for adding metatag or something such sort, I went into my edit html in my blog and put in the metatag before the body closes, but it does not except it, tried it number of times, but maybe my lack of knowledge of using html or my stupidity of not understanding the process has made it impossible for me. My blog was rejected by adsense and I have no idea why, anyway can you help me with submitting my blog to adsense, please it would be a big favor on me.

The text I quoted is from the "Is my site eligible to participate in AdSense?" page on the official Adsense support site.

    Read the whole thing:

I think they most likely, only check the whois record from the domain. Since they cannot check the whois on a subdomain, they will check if blogspot.com is 6 months old. Just give it a try.

I'm not sure if it's the same for the US, but I had my blog approved within the week that I submitted my website. Nowadays anyone can get approved for Adsense.

I bought domain name and installed my blog on it same day.
and applied for adsense later that night and got accepted by adsense.. so its dose not matter all you have to do write articles and make your website looks like you really want it to last forever not just a website for ads..
My advice is don't care much about adsense for now and build traffic first apply next week and see. no need to rush because you are not going to make million first day after applying..

    good luck
