Is my ad placements optimal for adsense?

    What do you think about the ad placement on this work from home forum?
    Do you think that the placement is best to earn the most with adsense?
    Or should I change things around?

    It's a nice placement.
    I would also add some vertical adlink unit at the bottom, well blended...;)
