Is my Ad Placement Good?

Tell me whether ad placement is good or not good?

BTW is it OK if I add one Skyscraper (120x600) to right side panel? I'm confused that if I do that in some pages there will be 4 ads!! Please advise me.

It is good where it is right now.

 

Don't worry about having more than 3 ad units. Google has already worked this out for you. If place the codes for more than 3 units, only 3 will still appear and the rest ignored.
Maybe you also confuse yourself between ad unit and link unit. Both are not the same. You can have max 3 ad units + 3 link units.
Currently I can only see 1 ad unit on the landing page and it should be at a good position.

Please check again now. I put two 460x60 ads to top and bottom of wall thumbs. Set them to show both Text and Image Ads. I guess it is OK??

Also added Ad Links unit to right side panel under Categories.

I think you could put a sky scrapper to the right column after all the content.

 

try adding ads in sidebar. 120x600 skyscraper, blended in
