Is my ad placement against adsense tos

    The top left button ad on http://sickgames.org When you go to different section of the site the button disappears but comes back only on the main page of the site. Do you think its against adsense tos?

    The left one under "Games Category" could lead you site to be banned. One of my friend has experienced the banning when he placed the ads similar to yours.
