I am hoping someone will be able to assist me with this question that I am battling to find an answer on. We have multiple adwords campaigns running for a specific website that does various adventure activities. e.g rock climbing, hiking, surfing etc. For example when a person clicks on the google ad for hiking, they get taken to the hiking page and when the submit an enquiry through the form it goes to the thank you page and counts as a conversion. My question is that at the moment there is a thank you page for each activity and it is getting messy. Can each activity divert to the same thank you page with one code snippet? Will the conversions still be able to tell the ads apart and give clear statistics on which ads are leading to a conversion on which page? Please let me know if you need any more clarity. Thanks in advance.
Yes you may use one thank you page. Google will still know which ad, keyword or network triggered the sale.
For ease of tracking and measurement, I would suggest you use different thank you page for different advertising avenue. Like 1 for facebook ads, another for EDMs, 1 for Google AdWords etc. Makes tracking so much more easier.
