Hello all I was wondering if it will hurt or help your website to have multiple listing in digg and twitter? example. say I submit my website to digg and then another user submits my site to digg. So pretty much im wondering if this will help or hurt me in seo?
No it won't hurt your site if multiple subscribers submit your site's page (different) to digg. No one can stop your competitors or genuine readers to submit multiple pages to digg or twitter.
