    i think it's windows live and msn live, i still use msn 7.5 and it's fine in the uk

    msn live is down and windows live, anyone still using msn 7.5 (like me) has no problem it still works fine :)

    thats why i never changed to the bug ridden crap in the 1st place

    MSN and Hotmail both doesn't work in Turkey. The same for Sweden.

    Down here has well. However, from what I gather you will only notice this if you login a new session. If you already had a session open before the issues occurred, you wont notice a thing. Basically they are just rejecting new connections at the moment.

    I dont think it's an upgrade .... look something really bad ... like a hack or a serious network problem.

    Microsoft is not stupid enought to upgrad servesr during the day in USA & Canada. If it's the case , those guys should be fired.

    I hate msn , but I use it because the girls do. :D
