Is movie Downloading link shearing is legal ??

Hello guys.
i want to clear something about torrent shearing file shearing. I am working on my indexing project from last one & half year, now i want to clear about legal & illegal activities.
Have you search about movie downloading on google it shows all the links it also show some links like piratebye.se which is highly ban site due to piracy content. On my website i am shearing about only links for movie download.
Please comment about my Question that 'IS MOVIE DOWNLOADING LINK SHEARING IS LEGAL ?' If you have any further knowledge let me know

I think almost every video posted is illegal with youtube being the largest violator.

How is it that they have full episodes of programs such as Locked Up Abroad, music videos for virtually every band from the 50's to the current genre etc etc etc?

Some might say "well they get advertising money". Not all of them. Probably not even a small portion get any advertising revenue.

With that said I would either simply remove any media you did not create or collect all that you can and just do what whatever you want. I don't think there is a grey area on this topic. It's pretty cut and dry.

Be illegal until someone complains or be completely clean with your own content only.

but here i am not talking about posting of direct video. Here i want to shear only links like search results of google. so in this case what is your opinion??

I would say, that would depend on the content of the video.
If you are downloading a video that is copyrighted, then, it is definitely illegal.
However, some users are generous enough to let their video and its content be downloaded and shared to anyone, just for the purpose of disseminating the video content.
For the download link(s), it would also follow.
In fact, the download link will get an error result once the copyrighted video is removed or deleted.

Simply put it is 100% legal in any country where file sharing is legal. But if you're sharing content that is protected by copyrights it is illegal.

 

Its known as Linking to Warez. And is Illegal. As Far as I know.

I also think same but i want proof so that it definitely illegal. Because if you search in Google it directly shows the link where warez upload a file or post containing links of file shearing.
so why not any action taken against google ??

I have to agree,you would have received more input had you placed this thread in "legal issues" forum. There you would have heard from members with some legal training.
