Is "mortgage" the most making money adsense keyword?

    Hi guys,

    In some articles, they say that how the making money keyword is NOT only depending on the pay per click cost, but also the numbers of searches of that keyword.

    "Mortgage" used to be the most making money keyword with about $15 per click and 151 millions monthly search.

    However, this keyword seems to be not interested for many webmasters because they said that how "mortgage" is a boring topic to work on. They mostly like some technology websites.

    What do you think? What other hot keywords that you've known?
