Is .mobi a good extenstion for great keywords?

    I am about to register a new domain for a new project of mine and I was wondering if .mobi is a good extension. My content is not for mobile users but the .mobi extension is the only one left for the perfect keyword domain for my niche. What do you guys/ladies think about this? :confused:

    skip it and get a more relevant extension for the main site. consider buying the .mobi to point at or use for the benefit of your main site if at all.

    INMHO...that statement there just eliminated the most compelling reason to consider a .mobi

    As suggested in the post above...skip it and search for a "second best keyword", preferably in the .com extension.

    I think you should try out for other extension because .mobi is dedicated for mobile phone.
