is mixing adds like this a voilation of TOS?

in download section adsense is placed right below download now button...

is it fine to do it?

Just asking coz i am planning some thing like this....

 

strictly following the TOS, it's a violation.

 

I have integrated adsense on one of my sites similar to something like that (the first link)... I wrote adsense and had them check it out just to make sure and they were cool with it. If this is your site your best bet is to have them check it out, that way if something comes about from it you can send them the email where someone told you it was okay.

As for the second one on the download page... that is def border line.

 

Wow I wonder how many clicks they get from that download page. People miss the button there and click the ad. That is a very iffy one.

 

I think its fine.
