    As while registration.... I find it says only for US.

    Please confirm the same.

    As far as I know Microsoft Adcenter is only available for US residents :rolleyes:

    Well...Are you looking for publisher account or advertiser?
    They are internationally open for all advertisers but they are only accepting publishers from the US.
