Is mailing is cost effective?

    What do you think about this. Is mailing is still cost-effective form of advertising? If you think so - Extend the appropriate arguments. Additional question: what program to send mailings recommend? It must be especially reliable and emails can not end up in your spam.

    In my opinion:

    1) is the low cost of its creation.
    2) almost everyone has an email.
    3) there are adequate tutorials in which we can learn how to send emails and if it wasn't profitable then noone would make this tutorials.
    4) You can track user behavior (if he open the message, when went and what do)

    Of course, it's effective if you know what you are doing.
    If you are building your list properly, then you'll have huge open rate.
    If you are not so good at list building, then try solo ads for more targeted traffic.
    I personally use Aweber, but there are other options like MailChip and etc. which you can use for higher inbox rate.

    Aweber is a wonderful tool for email marketing. Usually one has to rely on new customers coming to their site and buying products daily. With email marketing, one is able to build a list of people who they are then able to market over and over. For instance, if you were to gather emails on a squeeze page for a certain niche website, such as dog training; then you are able to send product offers that have to do with dogs to that list of emails you have compiled weekly. Also some people might not buy your product on their first visit to your site, but will when they get a coupon in their email later.

    It's very cost-effective, but it takes lots of time and effort to build an email list. Social media is converting better than email these days, so that may be a better thing to focus on. Good luck!

    You can do email marketing using outlook too and you can send 500 emails per hour so it is not too bad.... if you use mail merge feature of outlook then you would be able to send personalized emails as well.

    Having a list of subscribers is the best way to promote your(or someone else's) products. The majority of internet users has email addresses so it is very effective to go email marketing.
