I have been with them for like half year, in past didn't had any problems with payouts. But now for the past 1.5months there's something weird going on. Was supposed to receive payout already at the 31.January/1.February ,sent already then some emails asking whats the problem only to receive one reply- Sorry for delay payments are coming out shortly. Fast forward to this date Haven't received any payout even the next pay period have already come . and for past 2weeks have sent at least 10emails/tickets to them - But Seems like they are clearly ignoring me and not even replying! Anyone have got the same problem?
There is another forum regarding your issue http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1713252 .
No, loudmo is not a scam. they are a big company (admanage, payperinstall, loudmo, directcpv are all their brands) and their service is good.

LoudMo started to send Jan payouts today. Also here are the reasons for the delay a news mailer sent out from loudmo yesterday. Dear LoudMo Affiliates, Those of you who have worked with LoudMo for some time know that LoudMo provides on-time payments on the 1st of every month. As of today (March 15th), we have not yet issued payments for the March payment period. This is the first time in LoudMo’s history that a delay has occurred in processing a payment period. LoudMo pays you for earnings you generate promoting third party advertisers. We even pay you when those advertisers do not compensate us, as is currently the case. SweetIM and two other advertisers have not compensated LoudMo for the past three months. To avoid inconveniencing our affiliates, we have been covering these payments. We value all of our affiliates, and will continue to cover all payments regardless of when or if our advertisers compensate us. We were led to believe that the CEO of SweetIM, Nadav Goshen, was going to compensate us for the work you have done promoting SweetIM in time for the March payment period. Mr. Goshen stalled the payment at the last minute citing high uninstall rates. We have demonstrated to Mr. Goshen repeatedly that the traffic our affiliates are sending is quality traffic. After a thorough investigation of the traffic our affiliates have sent to SweetIM, we have determined that poor product quality and a complete misunderstanding of how to monetize a software program is to blame for the high uninstall rates, not poor traffic quality. We strongly recommend that all affiliates avoid SweetIM and any other products endorsed by Nadav Goshen and his account manager Ariel Shimoni. Over the past two weeks, we have been working around the clock to establish alternative payment arrangements for this payment period. We are excited to announce that all affiliates will be paid for the March payment period this week. We sincerely apologize for the delay in processing your payments this month. Because these advertisers are no longer in our system, this payment delay will not affect any new earnings you generate in the current pay period. The payment period on the 1st of April will be paid out on schedule as usual. We have made a number of changes to our payment system and our relationship with our advertisers to ensure such a delay never occurs in the future. In the coming weeks and months, you can expect many new revenue generating tools from LoudMo. Our goal is to help you earn more money from your websites, blogs, and online marketing efforts. Best Regards, LoudMo Affiliate Team
I don't think Loudmo is scam. They just make late to make payment. Just be patient. You will get your payment as tranvantrung got payment after long time.

Hello All, My name is Ariel, i'm the account manager that handled the campaign with LoudMo. I read the above LoudMo respond to its affiliates, and i had to bring our side of the story. I'll be brief, don't worry First, i want to apologize to those affiliates that had their funds held by LoudMo for such a long time, i'm happy to hear they have paid most of you. The reason we didn't pay for those leads is not poor traffic quality nor high uninstall rate. It's because we found out that LoudMo's products are all adware/spyware/virus of some sort. They have distributed our product with some of their adware software, even though they have signed a contract stating this is not allowed and will cause reverting those leads. On top of that, when asked whether they have issues being adware/spyware they replied "We used to have, but now our products are 100% clean", knowing they are not. After finding out about the above, we decided that due to violating the signed IO, they will not get paid for those leads. I'm happy they realized they were mistaken and paid their affiliates what they owe them. We truly regret the path LoudMo have chosen, sending out false information and lies to their affiliates. Honestly though, we didn't expect much from a company with so much bad rep out there. Protecting our product and brand is a top priority for SweetIM, and we'll continue to do so against LoudMo in future legal manners we will take. Thanks for reading, Ariel.
Ive had it with loudmo, i swaped over the pinball a while back and they do the same offers as loudmo BUT it converts better and i get my payment on time, pinball even have a flv player.
Here is an official reply from LoudMo to SweetIM account manager Ariel Shimoni Ariel, We ran several small test campaigns for you, and you had no issue with the traffic quality or with the software packages your software was bundled with. In fact, you requested a bundled distribution agreement: Ariel Shimoni - June 16th 2010: “Now, for the bundle, this sounds interesting - just to make sure we are on the same page - you are talking on bundling SweetIM into your software and distribute us, right?†LoudMo began promoting SweetIM in early September. On November 3rd, you not only stated payment would be made for the existing promotion, but asked for additional traffic. Ariel Shimoni - Novermber 3rd 2010: “Rocco - all conversions you sent will be paid for, as agreed. Don't worry. And i'm sure we'll work our way up to great numbers, we just need to do it in steps. Gradually growing and make sure i'm confident in the numbers.†Ariel, if you had any issues with our promotion methods, traffic quality, or bundling methods, why would you write us two months into our promotion efforts and ask for more traffic? In addition, if your software was indeed being bundled with inappropriate programs, how could you not notice for well over two full months? No account manager in the world is that ignorant of how their products are being promoted. And if you are, that doesn’t speak very well to the quality of your product. To be clear, LoudMo bundles contain no spyware or viruses of any type. We offer a 100% Opt-Out Contextual Advertising Assistance product. This product asks for the user’s permission before installation, and is easy to uninstall. This does not fit the definition of spyware or virus. In addition, the LoudMo Contextual Ad Assistant was NEVER bundled with your product. On December 6th, we ceased promoting SweetIM due to non-payment for three months of promotion. Ariel, when you dislike a service, you cancel it. You do not continuously run it through multiple billing cycles with the intention of asking for all of your money back retroactively. We ran numerous test campaigns for you throughout September and October, and you had no issue with those campaigns during those payment periods. In your post on Digital Point, you stated: “Protecting our product and brand is a top priority for SweetIMâ€. The following links, dating back to 2008, sum up your product’s reputation quite well: http://spywarefiles.prevx.com/RRDHJJ1915647/SWEETIM.EXE.html http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=36959.0 http://www.securitystronghold.com/gates/sweetim-virus.html http://forum.mess.be/lofiversion/index.php/t10689.html http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20090819072253AAndZLk http://www.f-secure.com/sw-desc/toolbar_w32_sweetim.shtml If protecting your product’s reputation is indeed your top priority, you may want to consider honoring your financial agreements. Best Regards, LoudMo
I dont get it, if Loudmo says that for 2 months SweetIM wanted more traffic and promised payments why it came to this point? If someone says it will be paid than it should be paid!
