So, if I post link in my blog, leading to warez site's page - am I helping copyright infringement? what about, if someone else posts link in comments?

    what about link exchange?

anybody has own experience with somewhat similar case? TOS says you should not place anything copyrighted on your site.

Linking to warez sites or copyrighted material is against the Adsense Program Policies:

Google explicitly says you cannot link to that content.

Also, you are responsible for all content posted on your site:

again - I don't mean linking to content, but page that has links to that content, how can anyone ensure that one they other webmaster will not link to copyrighter material?

Let's say I have Adsense on domain1.com and in my blog, I linked to domain2.com which has some interesting info, but later, owner of domain2.com will add some copyrighter material to his page, so my domain1.com is actually linking to domain2.com page, which has links to copyrighted content on it's page...

While that's theoretically possible, I don't think that should be a major concern. If you link once to a web site that changes its content to something not allowed, I doubt Google would care.

But it's usually clear from the way you link whether you actually know the content of the other site is warez - if you link with the text "if you want to watch the movie click here" or "download the came for free here", it's clear you know the other site has/links to copyrighted content. Don't intentionally link to warez sites and you should be fine.

I got your point, but who is going to judge if linking is intentions or non intentional?

SE bots will, once they find the site malicious or feel cautious, they will tag your site under possible threat/malicious codes/warez/generally screen categories..

any type of third party linking to a warez site wont only mess with your adsense but might harm your sites reputation in google index pages...I had one linking to a warez sites that linked to rapidshare downloads and now when someone clicks my link it says my site might be malicious :S
