Is linking to site like games download , warez or program download illegal? or is it bad for SEO? Plz tell me
Depends. If the products are NOT FREE from the official company and they are "warez" or "hacked" then yes it's against AdSense Program Policies. Linking to anything that is in a violation of copyrights is not allowed. -------------- Straight from your Adsense Program Policies

If you link to bad neighborhoods, Google *can* ding you for that, because that is something YOU control. However, the converse is not true. (If disreputable sites link to you, it won't be a problem.)
You are NOT allowed to link to ANYTHING ILLEGAL. Links on your site is considered "content" as it is on YOUR site. You are responsible what you link too! Linking to "bad neighorhoods" is a BIG no no with AdSense. If you want 100% confirmation contact them - I did back about a year ago about the same thing.
You might run into some problems... just like promoting illegal software through Rapidshare links. Technically the links aren't yours, but there is still an endorsement from you on the site by putting them up. I wouldn't really risk it, but it can go both ways. It seems like a risk, IMO.
my question is, why would you? since adsense cannot be placed on a warez site, therefore the site you are using for adsense has nothing to do with warez. if you link to a warez site, then that would be a totally irrelevant link. even if google doesn't find out anytime soon, your visitors will be most likely be annoyed.
See, if a bad website links to you, you are not affected by any means because you can not have control of someone linking to your website. But if YOU link to a bad site which is against Google Terms, you will be affected in Search engine results and in PageRank for your site. Google sees red if you support a bad site from your site its as simple as that. If many website link to you having "warez" in anchor text, google will definately think that your site is one of the important site for Warez. Google will definately flag you for some sort of "suspected flag" then they will proxy crawl your site for cloaking. If they find any sort of cloaking then you will be penalized. So its very important at times to check who links to you.
GUYS... STAY WAY FROM THAT..... Adsense in COPYRIGHTS AND ILEEGAL Stuff page will get u ban even just by posting links
