is Link one blog to another cause penalty?

    I wanna ask some think is if i link my one blog to another blog that cause penalty ?
    Update:
    I means If i put link on my PR 3 blog homepage to my other Blog whose PR is

    I do not think it will result in any kind of penalty. By linking to some other site or blog you are not doing any harm . Rather you are giving free publicity to other site or blog content. It is well established. But it would not provide benefit to you in any manner.

    It should be fine. If you link back from the smaller blog, though, then you'll end up just diluting your PageRank.
