Is link-exchange a policy violation of Google?

I just wanna know can I exchange links from other websites.....I have ad sense on my website....and I don't want any policy violation so that Google ban my ad sense account....So please provide me the correct information......

 

As long as your not forcing people to click them you should be fine.

You need to be a member for at least seven days and have at least 10 quality posts.

Link exchange is fine for adsense as long as your link exchange site is legal site

 

Link Exchange is one of the most used technique to build backlinks. However, it doesn't carry much weight.

Link exchange policy is not against Google rules because it for back links.

if you can get the exchanged link without any payment then its alright. and also if they are highly related then Google will not create any kind of problem. otherwise you can be reported as rule violator.

 

It's a good idea not to get involved in link exchanges these days as the search engines are wary of it, especially if the links are not in the same niche

I read somewhere that if the links are all created too close in date to one another that Google will actually flag you for this and you won't get as high of a page rank. In essence, Google knows that you are buying links when this is occurring.

 

Link exchanges are not against Google ToS as long as they are no being incentivized.

 

Most of the time it's ok. If it's all done legally and everything, then it's fine.
