Is link buying the best and quickest way to build traffic?

    Backlinks are probably one of the slowest ways to get traffic. Try posting on forums (works great for me) with a signature link, toplists and PPC.

    Now I wish to have more traffic generated by something, but not by search engines. So consider also link-building for traffic, not for PR.
