what i meant was..the general layout..like how the forums are named etc etc.. that is i think a common license thingy..like the diff sections here..General Chat etc etc..these cant be copyrighted AFAIK
If you copied the entire section list exactly, you might end up with problems. Your best bet is to pick your own, and word them differently. Copying someone is never good business.

That would depend on the rules of the forum and whether or not they allow that. You wouldn't get hit with a duplicate content penalty on your own site if it were posted there (and indexed there) first though. As long as you're within forum rules, there's no dilemma with this... you're simply granting someone else the non-exclusive write to re-publish your work.
