    hey,

let's say i am trying to rank for the keyword "blue led"

if i get the domain name blue-led.com and use the title "Blue led" for the homepage, do you think google will treat it as spam?

what is your experience with using the exact kw in the domain name and also in the title?

    thanks!

I'd be a bit concerned then, my site has dictionary in the url, dictionary in the meta, dictionary in the title ...

    Hi,

Firstly, I would like to mention that this is a general and good practice for SEO purpose but not spamming. But, don't repeat your targeted keywords more than twice, using variants would be better sometimes. Also, keywords must appear in your meta tags, h1 tags, page contents and anchor text. :)

    all the best,

Most of the websites have their domain name as title of homepage. So Google or other search engines can't never consider it as spam. But it can be taken as spam if it is like the following..

    A page in domain: "blue-led.com/blue-led/"
Title of that page: "blue led | blue led"

Well if it were spam why would they spend technology to highlight the keywords present on the domain and title while u were searching. Common sense !

Bro, you are at right place, it is not spam but if you maintain density of keyword then it would be good!
