Sitemap --> google webmaster tools --> see if site gets indexed .... if in doubt go on google --> type "inurl:http://yourdomain.xyz" --> see all pages of the domain that are indexed
Joomla is 96% search engine friendly. The last 4 % Joomla won't ever fill in this beacuse of the loading speed. You can do what you want (Cache, Gzip, Seo Components) but before that all, some Joomla core routines are executed (SEO-friendly URLS, Multilanguage) which are doing database requests. That costs up to 300ms. You can only go around that with a full HTTP Caching CDN.
please use SEF404 pro version.if you want directly search engine friendly you go to ataccess file and edit this.or you have alo one other option you go to system cong where option is available search engine friendly urls?you select yes and thats it
I tried a SEO component to get smaller and meaningful URls with Joomla 1.7. Everything was fine until i started getting 302-302-200 errors (redirects) But I am still not very sure if its due to change in htaccess or SEO component or my Host problem. Due to these errors, i have started loosing in google search. So for me Joomla is not SEO friendly. Note: I am hosted on Godaddy and they don't have answer to this issue. BTW my site is http://apps0.com/ I would be appropriated if anyone can answer to my problem OR Give Correct Advice to this gentleman.
Yes, Joomla is a search engine friendly CMS. It uses an Apache module called rewrite module to generate search engine friendly URLs. Also, Then Joomla Website and design is the best option available.
