Is Joomla Best For Search Engine Optimization?

Hi there,

I plan to do a major updations to one of my websites.

Currently the website in question is a high traffic static website with good ranking in Google with many keywords.

I want to add a Content Management System to add more functionalities to my website like.

Forums.
POll
Q&A
Reviews
Submit Content
Video Tutorials
Direct Selling etc.

But my main concern is that my current ranking should not be disturbed after using a CMS and I want constant increase in my traffic and not a STOP in traffic.

Can any SEO expert suggest me please the BEST Content Management System. MY personal liking is for Joomla.

Please suggest me any other best.

Pleas note: I don't want to disturb my current ranking and I want constant increase in my Traffic from Google and Yahoo after using the CMS.

I personally like using Wordpress for CMS; thats right I said it Wordpress! Building portals and managing content with it is simple and probably the most SEO friendly way to go. Just make sure to properly 301 redirect any URLs that need to be.

 

Joomla is pretty good for SEO and CMS

well personally i feel WP as the best CMS and also SE friendly due to the various features it has and plugins
