    If it's the same IP address as you got banned from you could have a problem. I don't think Google leave behind any sneaky cookies saying that you're banned.

    So if i log into my account from an IP which account was banned there will be no problems.

    I just said that if you log in from an IP where your account was banned you WILL undoubtedly have a problem. I've said it before - you and AdSense aren't compatible.
