I have a Blogspot where I have been using 'Read More' button for reading full post. I have given small description of the post and user has to click Read More button for reading the full post. Is it worthy in SEO perspective? How Google consider those posts and Read More links?

That should be fine. It does not affect your SEO in any way.

I have been using that for my blogs for years... what I worry about the most is the quality of my content more than anything.

    Just my 2cents....

    Much success!

Hi @Sathiya Kumar, "Read More" button for full post reading are helpful in many ways.

It allows you to display your contents enough to inform readers what your article is about without overwhelming them with your long content.
It is a good strategy especially if you are good at making great headlines and summary for your content, enough to tease your readers and attract them to click the read more button.
It is a good way to analyze which content is being read more than the other, by redirecting your reader to the specific page of your content instead of all contents being displayed in your homepage (helpful in your analytics).
As for your SEO, it is also good practice because by then, you can categorize your contents, and target them to your keywords.
